What this site collects

When you send an inquiry, Neralexin LLC may collect the information you choose to provide in the form, including your name, email, Instagram handle, the type of project, preferred date or timeframe, location, project details, budget range, and how you found Neralexin.

How the information is used

Inquiry details are used to respond to your message, prepare quotes, plan projects, coordinate next steps, and keep reasonable business records.

Form processing

The contact form is processed through Web3Forms. When you submit the form, the information you provide is sent to Web3Forms so the inquiry can be delivered.

Embedded video

Some pages show films hosted on YouTube. Video posters are loaded as images from YouTube's servers, and a player is only created after you choose to play a film. Players are embedded through YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); when you play a video, YouTube (Google) may still process technical data and set cookies according to its own privacy policy. If you prefer not to interact with YouTube, each film also links directly to its YouTube page instead of playing in place.

Hosting

The website is served through Cloudflare Pages. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare may process technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. This site does not run its own analytics or advertising trackers.

External links

Links to Instagram, YouTube, and other external services lead to platforms with their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave this site.

Sharing

Neralexin LLC does not sell inquiry information. Information may be shared only when needed to respond to your inquiry, operate the website, provide photography and video services, or comply with a legal requirement.

Retention

Inquiry information may be kept for reasonable business records, project planning, and follow-up. You can ask for your inquiry information to be deleted when it is no longer needed for an active project or required record.
